1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this store or buy from Obsession Run Club. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and that you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos and videos show the product in use and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we have to cancel an order, we refund it in full.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and we refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Free training plan

The free training plan PDF is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, and stop if you feel pain or unwell.

6. Product use and safety

The StrideLock™ Running Vest 2.0 is reflective only. It has no lights and is not a replacement for running lights or certified high-visibility safety gear. Always follow traffic rules and stay aware of your surroundings.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to Obsession Run Club and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without limiting any consumer protections in your country.
