We want you to love your StrideLock™ Running Vest 2.0. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your vest arrives damaged or defective, or your order doesn't arrive, contact us at bocapellihair@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) and send a photo where possible. We'll send you a free replacement. You won't need to send the damaged item back.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (optional add-on)

If you added the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to your order, you can return your vest for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the vest price. Email bocapellihair@gmail.com with your order number to start. The item must be in the condition you received it. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or return your order (for example, a 14-day cancellation right in the EU and UK), that right always applies, with or without the add-on. Contact us and we'll help.

Add-ons

Shipping Protection, Priority Shipping and the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are services, not physical items. They are refunded together with the order if your whole order is refunded.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return or claim, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
