Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to the United States and worldwide. Every order ships with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders with Priority Shipping are packed and shipped first. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8-14 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs checks.

International orders

We ship to the United States and most countries worldwide. Import duties or taxes set by your country may apply; these are paid by the customer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email bocapellihair@gmail.com. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped free if the package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before the order ships, but not after.
